Good concept, but didn’t work. Did not trap one fly. The adhesive that stuck the trap to the window also failed. I had to put it back up several times.

  4. Keta

Works great and not visible to guests like those hanging fly traps

  5. Bettie R. Tolbert

This really works with catching gnats.

  6. Bob

Easy to use. Literally put it in a pot with suspicious plant and it got a dozen or so fungal gnats within a couple hours

  7. Amazon Customer

The yellow “butterflies” were VERY easy to use and were VERY effective. Those gnats didn’t stand a chance!

  8. Amazon Customer

Does exactly what it’s supposed to do

  9. Elizabeth of Dorchester

I got more gnats that I thought were around. They seem very attracted to the traps. They are a bit big for some of the smaller or leafier plants, but by golly, they’re effective!

  10. Anna Jones

I bought several house plant and one had small flying bugs, was driving me crazy! I thought why not give these a try. Reasonably priced so if they didn’t work I wouldn’t be out much. There is easy to follow instructions, I placed one in a paper cup and one directly into the dirt of the plant. Oh, it came with a nice tool to split “dig” a hole. It is great it has caught a lot of the little bugs. I definitely would recommend this to anyone.

  11. Carol Musso

The Trappify sticky traps are easy to set up and work beautifully. I am using them to trap aphids and they are doing the trick!

  12. Wise

I bought these thinking that it can help but not eliminate my problems, but I was shocked at how many gnats it trapped. I had the worst gnat infestation and literally in like a week or so they were all gone.

  13. Kevin G.

These sticky yellow traps do work. Just a couple days after putting them out, we’ve trapped about a dozen fungus gnats in our house. This is my second purchase, so I’m pleased with this product. Trappify has improved the packaging of the traps, too!

  14. G. Gonzalez

This really works with gnats or the no seeums.Everything that flies near my door gets caught. I have a real problem with gnats hanging around outside my front door and these really help. When full on one side I simply flip it over. I even hang them in the windows to catch those teeny weeny bugs that somehow get in. Will keep these on hand always.

  15. Emily Gopikrishna

I just put a few in a plant that had a gnat infestation and I couldn’t believe how quickly it was covered! It really helped. Gnats are so hard to get rid of and this has really helped!

  16. Meg Berkowitz

These traps work perfectly. I naively thought the one or two tiny flies I saw in my apartment before going out of town for a month were not a big deal. I returned to a full blown infestation of all my house plants. I tried to kill them all by hand but it was getting exhausting and irritating, so I bought these to help me out. They are extremely sticky and the gnats evidently are very attracted to them! Definitely recommend!

  17. B. Hsu

Had it for a few hours and it’s already got the house gnats glued.

  18. Veena R.

    Works great

  19. Janka

    Does the job

  20. Amanda G.

These seem to be doing the job. I have a fungus outbreak I have yet to contain and in my quest to the end the madness I added these to my arsenal. They are sticky. They also come with a wire so I can wait hang them where fungus flies like to hang out (the drift from my plant to my office window). They aren’t sticky like tape so they don’t stick the everything under the sun. But they do have a sticky gel substance that traps the bugs, and also risks getting residue on other things. It’s not terrible, but something to be aware of. I would buy these again.

  21. K.C

Helped contain fruit fly in building.

  22. Kristine Torres

I prefer the larger ones for outdoor use.

  23. Miko Perez

Really appreciate the pretty butterfly shape since I am using these inside my home to start seeds. Super effective in trapping those pesky fruit flies/gnats. Very sticky but easily wiped off with olive oil if you get it on your hands.

  24. texas lady

those fruit flys don’t stand a chance. they land on it and they don’t every move again. And I like the design. I use it poked down into dirt in my potted plants. Don’t want tacky fly paper hanging down in my way. I’d probably get my hair stuck in it!

  25. Happy Husband

    Great traps!

  26. TKA

Delivered on tine. Easy to use. Vert sticky

  27. danae remmert

They are packaged in a smart way – you just have to peal one apart from the other and don’t have to figure out how to get plastic wrapping off without getting it stuck all over fingers.

  28. dezondra

I probably caught thousands of fruit flies with these traps last summer. It was disgustiiiing. My only complaint is I wish they were green rather than yellow. But maybe they’re yellow because that attracts fruit flies? I don’t know but these little traps work. Super sticky. So be careful when placing them in the soil!

  29. Matthew Brian

These are incredible. !! Do they have a pheromone or something?

  30. aprill

I bought these because I had gnats in almost every indoor plant I have. They were pretty much everywhere in the house. I put one of these little guys in each pot and after about a month, I noticed a significant decrease in amount of gnats. This is my second order and I think one more round should do it. I feel a little bad for the gnats… but.. what can you do? I also added a layer of sand on the top of the soil as an extra precaution. A word of warning, these things are STICKY! I mean, you can’t get the stuff off your finders Sticky. So try to avoid grabbing the butterfly part, just grab the part below.

  31. Trini in Ossining

Product is as advertised by seller. Highly recommended.

  32. James faas

These work well for fruit flys. There very sticky and nicely priced.

  33. Amazon Customer

    Easy to use, very sticky

  34. Pat

We have lots of plants any every once in a while we get a small infestation. We have tried everything: cooking the soil, neem oil, every holistic remedy including vinegar, cinnamon, essential oil’s, repotting, and two inches of sand on top of the potting soil. These very sticky butterflies are slowing down the reproduction. Mind you, they are very sticky!! The goo is hard to wash off, but they seem to be doing a good job. We put one in every plant!

  35. Becca

Pros:*Easy to use*last a long time*sticky on both sides*comes with flexible wires to adjust and place the trappifyCons:No cons yet, this is a re-order on this product.

  36. Hollye

Although I just got them, I have placed them around my plants that seem to attract gnats. You receive several in a reclosable plastic holder, they are large butterfly shaped and bright yellow colored. They do have a sticky surface but do not seem to have a smell. As of today they have attracted one gnat, but I have many as I have many plants. I will continue to watch and see if this trap them all.

  37. Dulci

Trappify works great for my house plants. They trap the little fruit flies and gnats.

  38. Cam B

The only complaint I have with these is that they are so difficult to hold and handle without getting your hands filthy sticky! If you hang them close to a light, and keep that light on at night for just a tiny bit you will see how well these things work!

  39. H

The product is very effective and easy to use!

  40. Crystal Laflamme

These things catch gnats like it’s their job ????

  41. Joel Werly

These work great. My wife loves house plants and we seem to have lots of little gnats. The picture speaks for the product.

  42. Monica sh

Works great for my plants ?? highly recommend

  43. Sandra Hicks

    I love this product!

  44. Igor O

The amount of gnats these things collect is just crazy- we did not realize how many of them were buzzing around our plants.

  45. Abby Souza

The product came with a handwritten thank you letter from the seller – that rarely happens anymore so kudos to the seller. Product works just as described. Very adhesive and easy to use! Would recommend to anyone in need of controlling fruit flies and or gnats with lots of house plants!

  46. Aleksandra

These worked great and look way better than other gnat/fly traps I’ve used. I don’t understand why people have issues using these. Instructions are easy you just need patience. Took 3 days and the little buggers started flocking to them. They went to these quicker than the Apple cider vinegar set up I did like people suggested. Got some of the goo on my hand on one of them (cuz out of habit used my finger amd not the tool) and it came off easy with soap and warm water. Love these and would buy them again.

  47. Aaron

Very easy to use product that I have absolutely fell in love with. After growing cacti and succulents I noticed my medium rich soil which was holding water a little more than I wanted to started having small flying bugs fly away when I went to inspect them. After quarantining the cactus who had bad spider mites to the mud room I thankfully got rid of that issue then that’s when I noticed my window was slightly cracked (idiot I know). I searched effortlessly to find something that I didn’t have to worry about more PPM in my soil or having to ph after adding veg nutes. I didn’t realize how bad it was until the 2nd day I thought what was dirt was actually those pesky bugs.. this has done wonders for my controlled environment. I just want to make one suggestion and that’s to add more sticks with the yellow traps as I have 20, 3 gallon and 20 1 gallon pots I want to spread them around more. Also wanted to kill the eggs that are layed within the soil so I buried a couple to see. 4th day now and more and more pop up. I will definitely be buying these from here on out. Thank you for providing a great product with awesome customer service! Please consider my green stick suggestion. Overall so happy 10/10!!!

  48. Nikita Choudhry

This product is such a simple concept! And so easy to setup. It has, within a matter of days, managed to reduce the number of gnats that were around my plants!

  49. RC

great traps! very sticky and worked well to get rid of gnats on my plants

  50. Amanda

I am so happy with these sticky traps! They shipped quickly (impressive considering COVID impacts) and they attract and hold gnats amazingly. I bought 1 pack to start, went back and bought 3 more!

  51. Barb

I couldn’t believe how many little tiny gnats/flies got stuck to these! I had no idea how many were in my home. I’ll definitely keep using them until the flies are all gone and after that to KEEP them gone! Highly recommend them!

  52. Andi

Trapped 100s of those little gnats within hours!

  53. Yartsy

This product is the best I have ever used. Bought some orchid plant soil and noticed little flys . This trappify had them all over it in one day . Love it!

  54. CatM

Amazing how well this works! Set them out as instructed and didn’t think about it after a couple of days. Then realized the annoying gnats had almost disappeared. Checked the traps and found them. Will continue to use these and highly recommend them!

  55. Karma

Best nat catcher. All you need to do is take one out of the box it came in and put it in the plant pot or just hang it with the wire that comes with the sticky butterfly. Not thick but very sticky. Those little fly’s can’t get away from the two sided sticky butterfly. This is my second review because I purchased two more boxes. They work great and at a really good price.

  56. Mark Morgillo

    works great!!!!

  57. Rose

Perfect for inside plants with those annoying little bugs be careful super sticky always gets stuck in my hair sometimes or hands feels really weird to take off just be careful

  58. R. Hendrix

I purchased the Trappify Sticky Fruit Fly and Gnat Trap Yellow Sticky Bug Traps because no matter what I did I could not get totally rid of the gnats around my indoor plants, I kill larva but couldn’t get the flying gnats from laying more eggs. Then I purchased the Trappify Sticky Traps, As soon as I put on in just one of my plants within 30 minutes I had two gnats down, within the first 24 hours I did not see any more gnats. The gnats are attracted to the yellow color, the traps were not too big even for my 4 inch pot, they were perfect size for my little plants and large plants. The sticky adhesive is very sticky and would say that was a good and bad thing. Only bad if you don’t pay attention to instructions and be ready to put the trap in the pot or dirt, because if you don’t you may get the sticky adhesive on your hands, like my husband. Easy get it off hands. Only thing I wish that was different was that each trap have a covering or its own package so you can remove covering after get the trap put into place so easier to move around in the pot until you are happy, just so your hand or fingers do not get sticky. Even with this I would purchase the Trappify Gnat Traps again or recommend to everyone. EASIEST, FASTEST, NOT COMPLICATED TRAPS, WORKS GREAT, WORKS RIGHT AWAY, VERY STICKY AND STAYS STICKY FOR VERY LONG TIME, MINE ARE STILL STICKY. THE SHAPE OF THE BUTTERFLY IS NOT UGLY OR OVERLY HUGE AND DOES NOT TAKE AWAY FROM THE LOOK OF THE PLANT ITSELF. IF YOU WANT TO GET RID OF THE GNATS, FLIES, OR OTHER BUGS ON YOUR PLANTS OR JUST IN YOUR HOUSE USE THESE YELLOW STICKY TRAPS. (can be used in or out of dirt) I researched and looked at a lot of different sticky traps and the TRAPPIFY were the BEST I FOUND: the size, the stickiness, the longevity, the shape, and the yellow color that bugs love.TRAPPIFY Sticky Fruit Fly and Gnat Trap Yellow Sticky Bug Traps DO THE JOB, DO IT WITHIN MINUTES!

  59. inoluv

Soo grateful for these! Gnats were taking over my living spaces!! Can’t thank you enough.

  60. Christine Hiller

    Liked the product very much

  61. Gingerisareddog

We have had an infestation of gnats flying around our house. I have tried several home remedies, but they have failed to control even a small portion of the gnats. I think the source of the gnats is from several plants. I observed many Gnats around and on the plants.I put out just two of the Trappify traps. They caught at least two dozen gnats the first night!!!! They work great! Thanks!!!!

  62. masde

The product began working to catch tiny flies (fruit flies) as soon as we put them out near or in house plant pots. We started with four of the product leaves and they caught more flies than ever expected over a week’s period. They seemed to completely eliminate the occasional fly in the kitchen and around houseplants. We will leave the leaves around for a month or more. The product was easy to use, coming with several leaves clinging together and easily separated. I hung them with the wires which came in the package, or poked them into the plant soil. If the light greasy coating on a portion of the product got on my hands the seller’s recommendation to use vegetable oil followed by soap to remove it seemed to work.

  63. Kali V

These little gems did the trick to rid the house plants of gnats. We brought plants in for the winter and soon after started seeing the flies everywhere. Be patient and give the item a good 24 hours to work. Also, to get the sticky stuff off your fingers vegetable oil really worked. Recommend!

  64. Ed

Easy to hang, and the worked well.

  65. Yasu

This product is super helpful , we bring some plants in the house during winter and hang these little yellow traps in all our pots, pretty soon they are full of these annoying gnats/bugs

  66. Vern

    Easy to use; effective

  67. Okie girl

Our gnat problem was small, but these stopped it. I put one in every plant. They are very sticky, so you have to be careful when you’re handling them.

  68. rennybee

This product is easy and works amazing. Its saving my indoor plants. The picture shows just 3 days of use and it’s doing amazing. Definitely recommend and will buy again.

  69. Kevin511

I put up two about a month ago and this is what they’ve trapped! So i’d say it works really well.

  70. Happy Camper

Actually very clever how the sticky sheets are placed together. Makes it very easy to separate and use. Good price, quite pleased with product.

  71. jennie schoedel

I was pleasantly suprised by how well these work. Within a few hours of putting them out I saw gnats already sticking to them. Yes we still have a few flying around our house but it a decrease. Very sticky and look cute in my plants.

  72. mrclean1227

I found this product to set up pretty easily. The inside is nice and sticky to catch flies. The material is, what I would compare to, a heavy cardstock. It seems to be working so far. A pretty good product. Better than those hanging fly strips and much more aesthetic and unnoticeable in the corner of a window. Thumbs up.

  74. KJP

We are so pleased with this product! The house plant gnat problem was really bothering us and other things we had tried weren’t working. We placed Trappify traps in plant pots around the house and also hung a few, using the included hanging wires, in windows. It has been less than a week and we seldom see flying gnats. The little digging tool came in handy when placing the traps in soil and the packaging makes it pretty easy to get the traps out without covering your fingers in the sticky stuff. We will definitely buy this product again and recommend it to friends.

  75. Lynie

Easy to use works right away.Very please with the product.

  76. Patricia Donato

It really works. Much better than fly paper to look at and easy to place. It has helped with gnats in my house. I liked it so much this is my second order.

  77. Amazon Customer

This fly catcher is amazing! This is after a couple of days. We were having trouble with some potted plants and were told some potting soils have this problem. Not harmful to the plants, but irritating to us. Stuck this into the soil with ease. Flies don’t come off after they hit this! They are thin and don’t take up any space at all. Great price, fast delivery.

  78. Pamela S

    Happy Customer

  79. Tessa Pridmore

Easy to use and is sticky

  80. Terrie Woods

This product works perfectly! A placed 2 in medium pots that I was growing herbs and jalapeños in. They stated working immediately and I no longer am seeing any fungus gnats! Highly recommended!

  81. Big T.

I replaced the soil in numerous plants and became innovated with gnats or something like them. I had been using some white sticky but paper that I had gotten a while ago and it was working since it caught a lot of these pesky things but didn’t like the way they look around my plants so got these. They look so much better and as soon as I put one in one of my pots, I watched one of the flying bastards get caught immediately. So I know they work perfect! They look very nice and are extremely sticky. The yellow color really seams to attract them more than the white ones I was using. They definitely work!

  82. jry

Product arrived on time. Has worked for me as needed. It took a few days to start working but has definitely solved my gnat problem. Would purchase again.

  83. Alexandria Caplinger

These work! My husband and I have around 50+ plants, so keeping the little bugs out is hard..untold we found these! These are THE best fly traps we’ve ever had. Highly suggest!

  84. Esmeralda Perkins

I never knew how many mats I had in my home until I started using these. I just stick them in my plants. They are pretty as well.

  85. Molly

Really fantastic product, I don’t ever write reviews but these work super well, can be concealed behind plants efficiently and don’t dry up or fall apart. Great product and will continue to use for the future.

  86. Cody

?? LOVE ?? THESE. They’re very difficult to get in the right spot since there’s no easy way to peel them out and stick them in whatever, but one you do, they’re perfect!

  87. Peggy W Bullard

    Easy to use

  88. Damisha Collins

    Worked like a charm!

  89. CK

These work extremely well for fungus gnats / soil gnats! I bought a bag of potting soil that unfortunately had fungus gnats in it, so we had dozens of them settling in the indoor plants and flying around the house. Tried sticky tape and a few other DIY solutions which didn’t work well, and within 20 seconds of putting these yellow traps into the affected pots, gnats were on them! Solved our entire gnat problem in 4 days. Only downside is that they’re difficult to put into the pots without getting your hands sticky – an easy fix would be a small non-sticky tab at the top of the butterfly to push down on. Small quibble though, and overall highly recommend these if you have indoor soil gnats!

  90. Oma

Late season flies seem to head toward the light. They get stuck behind my blinds then head toward the trap. Would definitely buy these again.

  91. Teresa

We have a horrible time with meat flies and the fly tape is just awful and it smells. I was looking for a better, less messy alternative and I stumbled on the Trappify. I’m never going back to the nasty fly tape.

  95. Mike

They come flat, but are very easy to fold. Even after moving it a few times, the adhesive strips stick like kid boogers. Nice thickness. The fly paper is really strong and it’s really nice to keep the dead flies out of sight.

  96. Amanda & Desiree

These are very easy to use. They have bend marks where they fold and the glue on the inside of them make sure no insects get away. Comes with adhesive stickers on the box so that they easily stick to the window. They remove just as easy. Traps flies and insects and eliminates thmn from your home.

  97. Molly Crawford

Love these as compared to the sticky sheets. Can’t believe all the bugs in there, however they are hidden so you can’t see until you really look inside

So far I have caught a few gnts but no flies yet. The design is need and it goes in a window which is not a place you can normally use a fly trap and its more more sanitary and easy on the eyes then the roll that hangs down. lets hope it starts catching the flies too.

  102. Jami Gullick

These are perfect! We love them!

  103. Susan K

We live in the country and flies are terrible. I bought these and have been very pleased. Placed them on our windows behind the blinds and flies disappeared! Simply dispose in the trash and replace every few weeks throughout the summer!

  104. Keta

I am really enjoying these fly catchers. No more dead flies on the sill, they go into the trap and stay there.

  105. Catherine Dooley

Having 2 Great Danes and a VERY LARGE doggie dog, you can imagine how many flies get into my house! I attached two traps on the door and I have noticed a considerable decrease in flying pests. Not looking forward to seeing what the inside looks like when I take them down, but at least I know they work.

This product works. Slowly, but surely.Although, I was under the impression that it had some ability to attract the insects. It doesn’t. It just traps them when they fly to land in it. Your local bug exterminator gives these products out for free. They’re not as fancy, but it does the same job.

These are easy to install although I recommend pre-folding them along the creases before removing the backing to make it even more hassle free and to ensure you don’t touch the sticky tape. The one thing I don’t like about them is that it’s hard to check to see if it needs to be changed since the only ways to do so is to look down into it (difficult to do when it’s placed on certain windows that are harder to access that way) or to remove it from the window after which it doesn’t stick as well. They might well be perfect if there was a flap on the outside you could lift up to check the contents which would allow the unsightly bugs to remain covered and not have to waste traps by taking them down before needed.
